CFH-BA. Thaddeus MALTBY, b. Jan. 15, 1779 (Benj.4, Benj.3, Dan.2, Wm.1). m. May 18, 1809, Elizabeth HALL, of Wallingford. He died Jan. 13, 1873, and his wife died July 9, 1870. He joined the church at Northford, June 7, 1840.
The compiler owns a daguerrotype of Elizabeth Hall Maltby. Her husband was first cousin to the compiler's great-grandfather, Augustus Williams Maltby. The picture belonged to her son, William Hall Maltby, and was presented to me in 1904 by his widow.
